Billboard announced Tuesday that Ariana Grande will be honored with Woman of the Year on December 6 at their 13th annual Women in Music awards gala in New York.

The 25-year-old R&B songstress tweeted 'thank u @billboard for this honor' before urging the fans within her 224M social media followers to 'go vote.'

Throughout her career, the four-time Grammy nominee scored three number one albums on the Billboard 200 as well as 10 top 10 hits on the Billboard Hot 100.

Grande will join the esteemed ranks of previous Woman of the Year honorees Madonna, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, and Selena Gomez.
