This happened during an internship interview with Microsoft. It was my first interview experience. I was not aware that there were behavioral questions too in interviews. So I wasn't expecting such a question.
那是一次微軟的實習面試,也是我的第一次實習經歷。我并沒有料到面試環節里也會有行為測試,所以并沒有想到會遇到這一個問題。

Interviewer: Why should we take you?
面試官:為什么我們要雇傭你?

Me: (Slightly shocked) I thought it's your job to decide.
我:(有點嚇到)我認為那是你應該考慮的。

Interviewer: {Poker Faced} Let’s continue with the technical questions.
面試官:{撲克臉} 讓我們接著問技術方面問題。

It may sound rude here, but it wasn't that time. It was just that I was surprised at the question. Every question before this was technical and suddenly he raised this question. It was more an instantaneous reply out of shock.

This question was asked to me in my HR interview for Wipro internship. And yes I got selected!!
這一個問題在我威普羅公司實習面試中被提問過。而且,對!我被錄取了!

HR: why should we hire you?
人力資源經理:我們為什么要雇傭你?

ME: You should hire me because i am a hard working, dedicated person who is interested in your work (project).
我:因為我是個努力、認真的人,而且對你們的工作很感興趣。

ME: And there is nothing better than hiring a person who is interested in your work. I will definetly give you results and that what matter at the end of the day.
我:而且顯然沒有什么比雇傭一個對你們工作感興趣的人更好的了。我一定會拿出好的表現,時間會帶來證明。

One of my friend cleared four rounds of a company X and only HR round is remaining.

HR asked various questions for 30 mins and is still confused whether to recruit him or not.
